Refund And Return Policy

Order Cancelations

Order cancelations are accepted before the product has been processed and shipped by our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us in the first 8 calendar hours after placing the order either by email at order@seriousgarages.com or by phone at 866-676-2345. Please reference your order number in any messages. Once shipping has begun, orders are non-cancelable. If desired, the customer may return the product once received, but the policy for return products will apply.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Returns must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information and packaging material. Please call customer service at (866) 676-2345 to request a Return Authorization number. Upon Return Authorization approval, Serious Garages will provide the customer with the appropriate shipping instructions and return address. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Return shipments must be paid by customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance. Please select a reliable Freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance and proper packaging as Serious Garages will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse staff to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts, packaging or product cannot be resold as new.

Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.

Product Returns (Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged)

If the items delivered have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and they will be sent back at no cost to you. Once our warehouse has received the declined item, it will send a replacement. When a shipment is refused, please contact us at orders@seriousgarages.com so that we can expedite the resolution.  Note that order shipments refused for any reason other than damage will be considered a return without authorization, and our refund policy below will apply.

If you have accepted the shipment and the item appears to be damaged, is missing parts, does not function or has any other problem with it, please contact customer service at 866-676-2345 or at orders@seriousgarages.com within 5 business days from the date of delivery, and at our option, either replacement parts will be sent to you or an RMA and shipping instructions will be issued to you. DO NOT return anything without requesting an RMA. If you decide to return items without requesting an RMA and return shipping instructions, you will not be refunded for that return.

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS.

Once the item is received and inspected you will receive a replacement item. Damaged items may only be replaced for the same product you originally ordered. If you decide to cancel your order within the first 30 calendar days and return the item our refund policy below will apply.

Refunds

Refunds will be re-applied to original Credit Card and will equal the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable. Credit processing times are credit card dependent but typically will post within 4 days.
