Hi, I'm Rich, and I started Serious Garages because I couldn't find what I was looking for. I needed a company that didn't just sell garage storage products, but actually helped me figure out how to make my garage work for what I wanted to do. That company didn't exist, so I built it.

I'm a car enthusiast with a 2001 BMW that constantly needs attention. I'm also a woodworker who built a complete set of kitchen cabinets right in my garage. After too many years of running marketing for technology companies, I know what good customer service looks like. More importantly, I know what it feels like to stand in your garage wondering where to start.

We founded our parent company, Phare Inc., back in 2004 to help businesses build successful websites. After years of helping companies market their products effectively, we decided it was time to start our own e-commerce company. Serious Garages is that company.

We're located in the Dallas Metroplex, and all of our customer service is based in the USA. When you contact us, you'll talk to people who actually understand garage projects, not a call center reading from a script.

We're cautious about the products we sell. We work only with the best manufacturers and select only their best products.
